Marsha Jones Dooley, CIP, CAIB, RIB(Ont),EPC

Marsha has been an insurance broker for over 40 years. Marsha holds an associate designation of 'Chartered Insurance Professional' (CIP), Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) and Elder Planning Counsellor (EPC). Marsha opened the Ajax office in 1985. Marsha has been recognized by the insurance industry with Elite Broker status 3 years in a row and as a 'Woman of Influence'.

Marsha has always worked in the best interest of clients without being influenced by company incentives. Marsha has been a Rotary member for over 15 years and Rotary President. Marsha has chaired the local BIA and has been a board member for decades.

For relaxation you'll find Marsha jamming with her ukulele, hiking or enjoying the serenity of the Northhumberland country side.

Peter S. J. Dooley, B.Sc(Hons), CIP, RIB(Ont.)

Peter has been an insurance broker for 15 years. He graduated from Trent University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. He has also completed the Canadian Insurance Institute's CIP designation program in 2017 and continues to further his education today. Away from the office he enjoys travelling & playing hockey.

James P. Dooley, Ba(Hons), RIB(Ont)
Commissioner of Oaths

James first obtained his RIBO licence in 2006 while earning his BA in Criminology and Justice Studies from The University of Ontario Institute of Technology. In 2011 he became a licenced paralegal and worked with a firm based out of London, Ontario, primarily representing commercial drivers and operators, protecting their CVOR records. After 3 years appearing in Provincial Offences Courtrooms across Ontario James returned to the insurance business bringing his knowledge and experience obtained through analyzing police reports and dealing first hand with Ontario's Highway Traffic Act provisions. In addition to re-obtaining his RIBO licence James has begun solidifying his insurance knowledge foundation by working with the Insurance Institute to obtain his CIP (Chartered Insurance Professional) designation. Thanks to James' legal studies and background the Law Society of Upper Canada granted him the legal status of commissioner of oaths. This provides an added service to our clients.

Linda Harnden, RIB(Ont)

Linda has decades of insurance industry experience with exceptional customer service skills. Linda is always there to help our clients get the best value for each insurance dollar. Our office is honoured to have Linda remain on staff for the past two decades.
